Lafarge Africa Plc has announced the commencement of applications for its 2025 multi-skilled vocational training program, targeting Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holders across Nigeria.
The 18-month intensive program aims to provide participants with hands-on expertise in two key technical areas:
- Maintenance Processes – including Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation, Welding, and Fabrication Technology.
- Cement Manufacturing Processes – covering Production, Process Control, and Quality Management.
According to Lafarge, the training is tuition-free and comes with rigorous classroom lectures, practical workshops, and a token allowance to support participants’ expenses. Graduates of the program will receive a Lafarge Internal Certificate, positioning them for both self-employment and opportunities in the industrial sector.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold an OND from a recognized institution.
- Have at least five O’Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one other subject, obtained in no more than two sittings.

- Mfamosing, Cross River State
- Ashaka, Gombe State
