Veteran entertainer and activist Charly Boy, also known as Area Fada, has visited the newly renamed Olamide Baddo Bus Stop, a location that was once popularly associated with him.
In a humorous tone, Charly Boy took to social media to share his thoughts on the name change, making it clear that he remains unbothered by the development.

“Street na street, e no get age limit, abi? I just dey inside car dey laugh yeye people wey wan show Fada power,” he wrote.
The entertainer joked that if people keep renaming places, even the airport and National Assembly might soon get new names suggesting “Comedy Central” as a playful example.
Charly Boy described the situation as amusing, saying life is too short to be upset over a bus stop name change, especially when he hasn’t personally benefited from it.
“For me? I still go dey fresh, I still dey cruise, and I still no send anybody wey no like am. Life too short to dey vex for bus stop name change, when I never chop,” he added.
The Olamide Baddo Bus Stop was recently renamed in honor of Nigerian rapper and YBNL boss Olamide, sparking conversations among fans and residents.
