In a surprising turn of events, Chioma’s parents will not be present at her upcoming white wedding to Nigerian music superstar Davido, scheduled to hold in Miami, Florida.
Reports indicate that following Chioma’s traditional wedding to Davido in 2024, she, along with her parents and sister, relocated to the United States. However, what was meant to be a temporary stay stretched to over a year.
Sources say that upon their eventual return to Nigeria, US authorities revoked their visas and placed a travel ban on them for overstaying and violating the conditions of their five-year visas.
The restriction has now made it impossible for them to travel to the US to witness the lavish Miami celebration, leaving many close to the family saddened by the development.
