The much-anticipated 2025 Mr. Flex and Fit Up Nigeria Bodybuilding Championship is set to light up Freedom Park, Lagos Island, on Saturday, November 8th, beginning at 3:00 PM.
Organised by Steco Productions in partnership with the World Fitness Federation (WFF) Nigeria, the event will feature intense competition across major categories such as Bodybuilding Classic, Men’s Physique, and Bikini Figure, culminating in an exciting awards ceremony.
The event will kick off on November 1st with “Fit Up Nigeria” sessions at the National Stadium Car Park, Surulere, and continue with more fitness drills on November 7th, setting the tone for an electrifying finale.
Organisers say the championship will serve as a qualifier for top global contests, including the WFF Universe, WFF World Championship, and the WFF Africa League of Champions, giving Nigerian athletes a golden ticket to international recognition.
Among the special guests of honour are former world boxing champion Bashi-Ali, Foluso Ogunwale (MD/CEO of I-Fitness), His Majesty Igwe Chukwudinigbo Agwuna (Igwe Mkpume na Enugu Ukwu), and Kelvin Atobiloye, a leading fitness entrepreneur.
According to Stephen A. Okolie-Odene, National Coordinator of WFF Nigeria, the championship aims to promote a vibrant fitness culture and empower Nigerian athletes with platforms to compete and excel globally.
