by Editor

A TikTok content creator known as “Immunizer” has been arraigned before the Samuel Ilori Magistrate Court in Ogba, Lagos State, over allegations of cyberbullying and defamation involving Wunmi.

The defendant, described as a TikToker and Instagram analyst, was accused of using his social media platforms to publish content that allegedly targeted, ridiculed, and defamed the widow of the late Nigerian singer Mohbad.

Reports indicate that Immunizer was invited and subsequently detained by the police on Monday, June 22, 2026, before being brought to court the following day to face multiple charges connected to his online activities.

Prosecutors told the court that the accused used digital platforms to spread statements that allegedly exposed Wunmi to public hatred and caused reputational damage.

Following his arraignment, the court granted him bail but ordered that he remain in custody until he meets the strict bail conditions set by the magistrate.

The bail conditions require him to provide two sureties. Each surety must show proof of a bank account balance of at least ₦700,000. In addition, one surety must be a serving civil servant in Lagos State, while the second must be a direct family member.

Both sureties are also required to present valid and up-to-date tax clearance certificates before the bail conditions are fully approved.

The case has been adjourned as legal proceedings continue.

The development has sparked widespread reactions online, as Nigerians continue to debate the growing issue of cyberbullying, online defamation, and influencer accountability on social media platforms.
